NY Select LC Academy Joins Season Three of the Champions Cup Series for 2023-2024
Yonkers, NY (September 21, 2023) - United Futsal is thrilled to announce that NY Select LC Academy, a premier youth development program based in Yonkers, New York, has joined Season Three of the Champions Cup Series for the 2023-2024 season.
Led by Club Director Marcos Archundia, and Coaches Mateus Lima and Roger Alayo, NY Select LC Academy has a strong track record of preparing young players for future success in both futsal and football. With over 25+ years of coaching experience between the three, three National titles, ten Regional Championships, extensive coaching licenses, and professional playing experience – the club is ready to further their mark in the world of futsal under the guidance of their dedicated coaching staff and rich history of accomplishments.
NY Select LC Academy’s primary goal in joining the Champions Cup Series is enhancing player development, with aspirations to become national champions and contribute to the growth of futsal in the northeast. Their commitment to nurturing talent has attracted top players from renowned clubs like the New York City Football Club (NYC FC) and NY Red Bulls, solidifying their position as one of the most competitive programs in the NY, NJ, and CT areas. Joining the Champions Cup Series aligns with their mission, as it focuses on development, which NY Select LC Academy holds in high regard.
